Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Watermark Maker, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

How the App Works

Watermark Maker is a photo and video editing tool that allows you to add watermarks to your media files. All processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server. The App uses your device's local storage and processing power to apply watermarks, meaning your content stays private and under your control at all times.

License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Watermark Maker for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware or engage in any activity that could harm other users.
• Remove or obscure watermarks from content you do not own the rights to.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you create or modify using the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. Since all processing occurs locally on your device, we never have access to your media files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and watermark the content you process through the App.

Premium Subscription

Watermark Maker offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Price changes: We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and your continued subscription constitutes acceptance.

Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These ads help us keep the core features of the App free for everyone. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. You can manage your ad personalization preferences through your device's privacy settings.

Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, features, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Watermark Maker and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Watermark templates, fonts, and design assets provided within the App are licensed for your use within the App only and may not be extracted, redistributed, or used outside of Watermark Maker without written permission.

Disclaimers

Watermark Maker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While watermarking your content can deter unauthorized use, we do not guarantee that watermarks will prevent all forms of image theft or unauthorized reproduction. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watermark Maker and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
